CommBank Premier Top Up Program

Term and Conditions Premier Top Up

  1. Program period: 1 June 2024 – 31 July 2024.
  2. Customer is entitled to received cashback up to IDR500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah) if fulfil these term and conditions:
    1. Premier Top Up program (“Program”) is only for existing CommBank Premier customer that has joined minimum 3 (three) months before program registration or existing       PT Bank Commonwealth (“Bank”) customer that has an account minimum 3 (three) months and joined CommBank Premier and register to this Program in the same month.
    2. Fresh fund placement as shown in scheme below:

    3. Product placement must be new to product, or buying a new product that a customer does not have as of 31 December 2023.
    4. Fresh fund placement for new to products are:
      1. Bonus Saver,
      2. Time Deposit with minimum tenor 6 (six) months,
      3. Bonds,
      4. Mutual Funds (exclude money market)
    5. Product types do not apply nominal multiples (example: a customer opens 3-time deposits of IDR250 million each, so it will be counted as 1 time deposit product)
    6. Program scheme must be fulfilled in the same month as program registration or product opening. (example: if a customer joined the program in February, then the product opening like time deposit must be executed in February).
  3. Cashback will be credited to registered customers savings account in Rupiah on the next month after customers fulfilled all the terms and conditions that applied.
  4. The Cashback given is after tax deduction and the tax on this Cashback is fully borne by the Customer. Cashback tax on the program scheme follows tax tiering in accordance with the provisions of PPh 21 for individual customers that apply in Indonesia, namely 5% (five percent) for customers who have a Taxpayer Identification Number ("NPWP") and 6% (six percent) for customers who do not have a NPWP for Cashback under IDR50,000,000 (fifty million Rupiah).
  5. The customers hereby declare that they understand, acknowledge and agree that for products & services placed with a value/interest rate that exceeds the maximum value/interest rate guaranteed under the savings program by the Deposit Insurance Corporation ("LPS"), the account will not be included in and/or will not be guaranteed by the deposit guarantee program by LPS. Bank is LPS guarantee participant. Mutual Funds, Bonds or Bancassurance products are not products issued by the Bank, so the Bank does not have any obligations and does not guarantee anything regarding these Mutual Funds, Bonds or Bancassurance products. Mutual Funds, Bonds or Bancassurance are also not included in the scope of LPS guarantee program objects.
  6. Customers and/or authorized customer representatives can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank branch office or via Call CommBank 15000 30 verbally or in writing through the Customer Complaint Submission Mechanism which can be accessed here

  7. The customer hereby has read, knows, understands, and agrees to all the Terms & Conditions contained in this program, including all risks and guarantees that all information provided regarding this program is correct and in accordance with its original conditions.
  8. The terms and conditions of this program are made in 2 (two) language versions, Indonesian and English. If there is a difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version will apply.
  9. This Program cannot be combined with other Bank promotion.
  10. Bank has the right to cancel transactions if fraud is found regarding this program.
  11. The terms and conditions of this Program are made based on the provisions applied in Bank and the laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia, including the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan-OJK).
  12. The Bank, based on its authority, can change the Terms and Conditions of this program at any time and periodically if it deems necessary, and will convey these changes to the Customer before the effective date of the changes.
