Terms & Conditions:

  1. Promo Period:
    • Reservation period :  1 May 2024 – 31 August 2024
    • Stay period : 1 May 2024 – 31 December 2025
  2. Hereinafter referred to as ("Promo Period").
  3. Debit Mastercard® Bank Commonwealth Cardholders (“Customer”) can enjoy promo organized by Mastercard. The promo are :
    • Discount 12% (twelve percent) up to a maximum of USD50 (fifty United States Dollar) or equivalent to IDR750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand Rupiah) with Debit World™ Mastercard Bank Commonwealth Debit Card
    • Discount 10% (ten percent) up to a maximum of USD25 (twenty-five United States Dollar) or equivalent to IDR375,000 (three hundred seventy-five thousand Rupiah) with Debit Platinum Mastercard Bank Commonwealth
  4. Hereinafter referred to as ("Promo").
  5. Promo is valid for bookings for hotel, resort and hostel located domestically & internationally with the label "Promo Eligible" on the search page. Promo is valid for room types "Pre paid", "Pay now" and "Book now, Pay later".
  6. Promo is valid for purchases on website : http://www.agoda.com/idmastercard and Agoda's official iOS/Android app using Debit Mastercard Bank Commonwealth.
  7. Promo is only valid for payment of room charges (excluding local taxes, service charges, surcharges, and personal consumption).
  8. Promo will deduct the value of the transaction on the checkout page on Agoda’s website and app.
  9. This promo cannot be combined with other Bank Commonwealth and Agoda Promotion.
  10. Bank Commonwealth and Agoda reserve the right to cancel a transaction if fraud is found in this Promo.
  11. The Terms and Conditions of this Promo are based on the applicable provisions of Bank Commonwealth and Agoda and the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia including the Financial Services Authority.
  12. Bank Commonwealth and Agoda based on their authority at any time and periodically amend the Terms and Conditions of this Promo if deemed necessary and will communicate such changes to the Customer before the date such changes become effective.
  13. The Customer and/or the Customer's authorized representative may submit a complaint on banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank branch office or Call CommBank (15000 30). The mechanism for submitting Customer Complaints can be accessed here.
  14. These Terms and Conditions are made in two languages, namely Indonesian and English, in the event of any difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English language versions, the Indonesian language version shall prevail.
